Building captured for Squatting
“E.M.A. Város blog” writes and posts a picture about an empty building in Budapest taken over with a high hand by a group called Centrum Group (in Hungarian “Centrum Csoport”). The blogger writes: “They would want to found a so called Squat in the building, what stands empty for years now that would serve social and cultural goals: they would establish a homeless shelter and a place to hang out for the young subculture.“ Their goal with their present action is to get the municipality to transfer the building to them and in exchange they would pay the utility fees from then.
